that is the way the internet works.. Since sellers can't show their producrts to costumers 100% and buyers are limited.. I like providing all costumers with a 100% FULL REFUND of all products they receive don't like or didn't get what were told and/or expected as long as they don't get back to me over 30 days like member "Gold Z" did and with a lame excuse " I don't like the job quality, however i have already pulled me old plenum" dude you should have told me before pulling out your old one and at least opened the box within 30 days fromt he date you receive it. Anyways, Jeff, the most to my ability I could do is refund you a FULL AMOUNT of the money you paid even if the pipes are scratched hopefully not crakced and/or bent/dented... I try to make everyone happy and make my share of profit down the road.. this is a little hobby I do on the said beside my professional carrer I have and I do it for the love I have for cars.. That's all I have to say.. And I will be out of tomorrow (10-07-05) until tuesday (10-11-05) for a trip I have planned since beginning of the summer.
